REDARC REDWorks Nomad50 Pre-Wired Power Panel

ONE PANEL, YOUR WHOLE 12V SYSTEM

The REDWorks Nomad50 takes the guesswork out of a dual battery build. Charger, battery monitoring, circuit protection and outputs all arrive pre-wired on a single panel, so your installer mounts one unit instead of piecing a system together from loose parts.

It is built around the REDARC BCDC Alpha50 R Battery Manager, which charges from your alternator and your solar at the same time and adjusts its charge mode in real time to suit the battery it is connected to. Lithium, heated lithium, AGM, gel, calcium and standard lead acid are all supported.

SOLAR GETS FIRST CALL

An MPPT solar regulator is built in, and Green Power Priority puts solar ahead of the alternator whenever there is sun on the panels. Less load on your alternator, less fuel burnt putting the same charge into your batteries.

THREE OUTPUTS, PLUG AND GO

Genuine Anderson SB50 plugs are mounted on the face of the panel and sized for the job. The 10A output suits USB sockets, cigarette sockets, lighting, pumps and awnings. The 25A output handles larger fridges, small ovens and compact compressors. The 50A output covers high draw gear such as large compressors and electric jacks.

ROOM TO ADD MORE LATER

A 10-way combo fuse block is built into the panel, with 6 x 30A blade fuses and 4 x 100A MIDI fuses. Adding a new circuit is a tidy job rather than a rewire, and everything stays protected and accessible in one place.

YOUR BATTERY, ON YOUR PHONE

The included Smart Battery Monitor feeds RedVision, so state of charge, time remaining and input and output current are all visible from your phone. An LED interface on the charger itself gives status and fault indication without reaching for a device.

SUITS MODERN VEHICLES

Input current can be limited, which makes the Nomad50 workable in hybrid and electric vehicles where alternator draw needs to be kept in check. Over the air updates mean the system can be kept current as REDARC releases them.

START BATTERY LOOKED AFTER

Once the auxiliary battery is full, excess solar is used to top up the start battery. Start Battery Recovery is also available at the push of a button if the start battery has been run down.
