Q: How do I connect to the Solar Guardian app?
A: Download the Solar Guardian App, either through your phone's store or via the link in the Downloads section within this product listing. Ensure both your bluetooth and location services are on, and then open the app:
1. Do not register for an account - click on "Local Connection"

2. Click the "+" sign to add a new device

3. Enter a name for your device; click on "select Product Series --> Controller --> select Tracer-CPN; enter "1" in Communication ID Number:

5. Click on "Select Bluetooth Gateway", ensure "Find New Device" is toggled on, and your device will show up in this list - it will start with HN_XXXXX

Press confirm - then follow instructions in the manual for changing battery settings.
Select voltage of battery first, then type (LFP4 for 12v or LFP8 for 24v lithium batteries).
