Description

NO SPARKY. NO WAITING. NO HEADACHES. SERIOUS POWER. JUST PLUG IN AND GO.

If you need serious off-grid power (the kind that runs your fridge for over two weeks, powers your camp for days, and still has capacity to spare) the AllSpark 300Ah portable power station was built for exactly that.

This is a complete plug and play 300Ah dual battery system, wired and ready to connect: 300Ah of premium AllSpark LiFePO4 lithium, a built-in REDARC Alpha 50 DCDC charger, and every socket, breaker, and Anderson plug already in place.

No auto electrician. No confusing wiring diagrams. No install fear.

This high capacity portable power station can be moved between vehicles if required - charging from your alternator on the road or from solar when you're parked up. Perfect for extended trips, larger setups, families who need more power, or anyone who doesn't want to think about running out. It also makes a reliable backup for keeping your household fridge running during a power outage*.

*Pure Sine Wave Inverter required for 240V appliances

Portable Power Station | AllSpark 'The Grid' 300ah

Fifteen Days of Fridge Power From One Box

Run a 40L fridge for up to 15 days, an 80L upright fridge for 7-8 days, or knock out 102 coffees on a single charge.

With 3,840Wh of usable energy from this 300Ah lithium power station, you have the freedom to run more, run longer, and worry less, even on extended free camping trips without rationing, stressing, or running the engine just to keep the beers cold.

Portable Power Station | AllSpark 'The Grid' 300ah

Efficient, in-built charger - while you drive.

This 300Ah portable power station is the only large portable power station that comes standard with a smart alternator-compatible REDARC DCDC as an integrated system - not as a bolt-on afterthought sharing a solar port.

The REDARC Alpha 50 DCDC charger delivers 50A fast charging straight from your alternator while you drive - no slow cigarette socket trickle or inefficient "optional" charger.

It also accepts fixed or portable solar panels (9-48V input) and automatically prioritises solar first to protect your alternator. Then there's the rapid charge capability at 200A* for when you need it.

*with optional ACDC charger

Portable Power Station | AllSpark 'The Grid' 300ah

Every Connection. Pre-Wired and Protected.

Setting up this 300Ah dual battery system is straightforward. If you have basic 12V knowledge, paired with the AllSpark Grid Wiring Kit (or an existing DCDC connection), you can have the entire system installed in a couple of hours. Not great with DIY? The wiring kit will speed things up for your auto-electrician, meaning only a small labour cost.

Every connection is pre-wired and protected: dual 50A Anderson outputs, Posifit fridge socket, cig socket, QC 3.0 USB-A + PD65 USB-C, and a 200A circuit breaker terminal for an optional inverter up to 2500W. Built-in resettable circuit breakers on every circuit.

Full System Visibility From the AllSpark App

A 300Ah lithium power station this capable deserves proper monitoring. The AllSpark App connects via Bluetooth and gives you real-time visibility over state of charge, voltage, current draw, and temperature, all from your phone.

No external monitor needed, no extra cost.

Want 240V Later? You're Already Wired for It.

This 300Ah portable power station includes a 200A circuit breaker terminal ready to connect a pure sine wave inverter up to 2500W, so you can add 240V capability whenever you're ready, without modifying the system.

FAQS

Q: I have received my Grid, how do I turn it on and connect the Bluetooth?

A: Download the AllSpark App (see the Downloads section in your battery's listing, or enter "AllSpark" into the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store), then ensure your "location services" and bluetooth is turned on. You will see your battery appear in the list under "Bluetooth" - click on here, this will take you to the Dashboard screen. Scroll to the bottom and turn the Charge Switch and Discharge Switch on as required.

Q: How do I store my Grid when not in use?

A: If you plan to have your Grid in storage for extended periods of time, disconnect/isolate any loads or parasitic power consumers. Charge/Discharge battery to 80% State of Charge. Battery can then be stored for up to 12 months. If storing for longer, re-charge to 80% SoC every 6-12 months.

Q: What is Current In/Out Net Value?

A: The Net Value is all the charge sources minus all the loads

Q: What do I do if my Grid goes flat?

A: If you discharge the battery in your Grid to 10.0V, it will go into Low voltage protection mode. This will disconnect all loads and the battery voltage will show as 0V. When in LV protection, the BMS disconnects power to the battery terminals. To release it from protection, open up the app and turn the BMS back on. It will then be able to take charge.

Q: Can I use my Grid to charge my start battery if it goes flat?

A: The RedArc Alpha 50 has a battery recharge function that allows you to recover your flat start battery with the push of a button (inside the app). It also has the ability to direct excess solar to your start battery once the Grid battery is full.

Q: What's the difference between the 200Ah and 300Ah Grid?

A: The 300Ah Grid has 50% more battery capacity (3,840Wh vs 2,560Wh), giving you significantly longer run times on all appliances. The charging system, sockets, and plug-and-play setup are identical across both sizes.

Q: Do I need an auto electrician to install The Grid?

A: If you have basic 12V electrical knowledge, you can install The Grid in a couple of hours. Connect the Anderson plug from your vehicle's existing DCDC wiring harness, or if you need a wiring kit, see the AllSpark Grid Wiring Kit. If you're not comfortable with either of these tasks, an auto-electrician will be needed to run the cable from your alternator, with the Wiring Kit this should take less than an hour (meaning a small labour cost).

Q: Can I add an inverter to this model later?

A: Yes. The 300Ah Grid includes a 200A circuit breaker ready to connect a pure sine wave inverter up to 2500W. No modifications required, just bolt on the inverter and you've got 240V power. See our Grid with Inverter options if you'd prefer it pre-installed.

Q: How do I charge The Grid with a 240V ACDC battery charger?

A: Set the charger to its lithium (LiFePO4) charging profile, then connect it one of two ways:

1. Plug it into one of The Grid's 50A Anderson plugs.

2. Clip it onto the inverter posts with alligator clips (red to positive, black to negative). Make sure the clips are firmly attached so they can't slip off and touch the case.
