FAQs

What settings do I need for a lithium battery?

The "Battery Capacity" section is variable depending on what size battery you have, but all other settings should be as displayed in the photo, unless advised otherwise.

If you have any questions about the setup or need help with the app, please give us a call on 08 6205 6868.

Battery capacity  set to your capacity
Charged voltage  14.1V or 14.2 if using solar
Discharge floor  10 - 20% recommended
Tail current  3%
Peukert's exponent  1.05
Charge efficiency factor 96%
Relay not required (leave as default settings)
Alarms

We set at 12.5V and clear at 13V and 20% SoC

clear at 30% (leave high voltage/soc turned off)

SOC ON RESET

We recommend setting to reset to current state if charge

So if you flatten your battery the shunt will start back at zero not full
