Can you help us work out what we need?

When will my order be shipped?

If all products are in stock, orders placed before 2pm WST are shipped same day. If an item is on backorder or pre-order, it will be shipped as soon as possible once stock arrives (please contact us if it is time sensitive if an ETA is not listed). If you have placed an order which contains both a pre-order/backorder item and items in stock, the entire order will be shipped once all items are in stock. If you would like those products in stock shipped immediately, please contact us as this may incur an additional shipping charge.
Can you install my new power system?

While we don't offer installation services, we're happy to help you find the best company for the job, with our growing installer network. We can guide you in selecting trusted professionals who specialise in installing power systems. With our wide selection of products, including LiFePO4 batteries, solar panels, and inverters from our AllSpark range, you'll have everything you need for extended off-grid living. We'll also help match these components with chargers and battery monitors from reputable brands like Redarc, Victron, and Enerdrive, ensuring your setup is perfectly suited for your off-grid adventures.
Can you ship my order to me?

We ship our products all over the country, which are delivered direct to your door, with tracking. International Shipping is also available - Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking details and a link to track your parcel. If you haven't received your email within 48 hours of placing your order, or if your order is urgent, please contact us at sales@offroadliving.com.au.
